Wenchao Cao is a Junior Professional Officer at the World Meteorological Organization. He coordinates the WMO Research Board - Task Team on Exascale Computing, Data Handing and AI. He obtained a PhD degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree both from China University of Geosciences.
