Antoine Cyril David Hoffmann
Biography
I obtained a BSc. in Physics at EPFL Lausanne with one year at HU Berlin (2013-2016). Then I continued with a MSc. in Computational Science and Engineering at EPFL with a 5 months internship at Saint-Gobain Research Paris and a master thesis at IFD ETH Zurich where I mainly focused my studies on PDEs solver applied to fluid dynamics (2016-2019).
I am now a PhD student at the Swiss Plasma Center since Dec. 2019 where I am writing the first nonlinear arbitrary fluid moment solver for plasma turbulence at the edge of a tokamak device.
