DESCRIPTION:Minisymposium\n\nACCL: FPGA Accelerated Collectives Communicat
 ion Library\n\nO'Brien\n\nWe present ACCL, an open-source FPGA-accelerated
  communication collectives library designed to serve distributed applicati
 ons running primarily on Xilinx FPGAs. Compared to previous collective com
 munication solutions for FPGA, ACCL is flexible and extensible, easily por
 table, and fast. We evaluate ACCL up to 8 nodes and demonstrate that ACCL 
 outperforms OpenMPI over 100 Gbps TCP-IP for large messages.\n\nDomain: Ch
