 Linear Algebra\n\nGrigori, Balabanov\n\nThis talk will review several rece
 nt advances in using randomization for large scale linear algebra operatio
 ns. We will focus in particular on solving linear systems by using Krylov 
 subspace methods. In this context we will introduce a randomization techni
 ques for orthogonalizing a set of vectors and we will study its usage in t
 he context of GMRES. We will further focus on eigenvalue problems and disc
