SUMMARY:Building Composable Infrastructure for HPC and GPU Computing in Ju
 lia
DESCRIPTION:Minisymposium\n\nBuilding Composable Infrastructure for HPC an
d GPU Computing in Julia\n\nChuravy\n\nJulia is a dynamic programming lang
uage that is enabling high-productivity while also enabling high-performan
ce. In contrast to other dynamic languages it is not only used as a front-
end to HPC libraries, but also enables the development of fast and composa
ble software written all the way down in Julia. I will discuss how Julia d
esign lends itself to build composable software and explore the peculiarit
ies of writing infrastructure code for HPC and GPU computing in Julia.\n\n
