The following terms apply to PASC22 Conference:

• By attending an event organized by the PASC Conference you grant permission to the PASC Conference to use and publish your image or likeness (photographs, screenshots, and/or video recordings) collected in connection with the event for any usual and customary purpose of the PASC Conference, including promotion. You also agree with the publication of your first name, last name and affiliation on the list of participants.


• Your email address will be added to the PASC Conference distribution list and you will receive announcements about next year’s edition of the conference. You may unsubscribe from the announcement list at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of these communications.


• By registering for the event you confirm your consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Data Privacy Policy and Terms and ACM’s Privacy Policy. You also agree to abide by the ACM’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities.

• Videos and presentations provided by participants of PASC22 will be published on the event website under a creative common license “by-nc-nd” with the following characteristics:

a. by: the content must be attributed to me.
b. non-commercial: commercial use of the content is not allowed.
c. no derivative works: The material is to be allocated in its original form and may not be edited (no excerpts or manipulations except for editing by MMS).

Program contributors acknowledge the license details published at creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ch/deed.en and creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ch/legalcode.en. This is without prejudice to the right to publish it in other tangible form, e. g. in a book.
They also agree that they are responsible for the content. They certify that they are entitled to use all documents, texts and images presented. Where this is not the case, they certify that they use third party materials in accordance with quotation right and reference the sources with due diligence. Hence, they warrant that the documents that they present do not infringe any third party rights.
